Cancellation & Refund Policy for classes hosted by Empire Union Inc.:
1. Wearing a mask during the class
2. To guarantee a class space, registration, and payment required before the class date.
3. We do not offer a walk-in service. By appointment only. If you want training your company, please make a call
4. Payment must be received 24 hours before class unless otherwise specified.
5. Be on Time. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and prepare for class.
6. If you will not attend, please call 24 hours before class. Reschedule will incur a $20.00 fee. Courses fees are non-refundable.
7. Students might take a CPR/AED and First Aid Class at any age but must compress the manikin chest to a depth of 2 inches and stand on their knees to receive certification.
8. Replacement card fee for lost cards is $40.00
9. Empire Union Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to weather conditions and Covid-19 restrictions.
10. Cancellation of classes due to inclement weather. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to inquire about the status of your course.
11. We do not offer refunds. Empire Union Inc. does not issue refunds if you cancel or do not attend a class. In these cases, you forfeit your payment.
12. We value your privacy. We do not sell or share customers' information with unrelated companies.
13. All sales on our website are Final.
14. Prices are subject to change without notice.
